AI & Operations Executive

AI & Operations Executive At LUVÉ Interior Design, we don't use AI simply as a chatbot — we work with AI as a co-worker. We are looking for someone who is highly logical, extremely fast at learning, curious, resourceful, and genuinely skilled at using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Co-work and other AI tools to solve real business problems and build working solutions. This is not a traditional IT role, and you do not need to already be an AI engineer or automation specialist. What matters most is your ability to understand a problem, break it down logically, learn whatever is required, and use AI to figure out a solution. You will work closely with management to understand how LUVÉ operates and identify opportunities to improve, systemise and automate our workflows across sales, quotations, project management, administration and internal operations. What You Will Do Use ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Co-work and other AI tools for research, problem-solving, building and execution. Identify repetitive or inefficient business processes and find better ways to handle them. Build and improve internal workflows, automations and systems. Research and quickly learn new tools, platforms and technologies when required. Turn management ideas and business problems into practical working solutions. Continuously find ways to make LUVÉ faster, smarter and more scalable. Who We Are Looking For You should be someone who: Uses AI as a working partner , not just a chatbot. Is highly logical and good at breaking complex problems into clear steps. Learns new software and concepts very quickly. Is hungry to learn and constantly explores better ways of doing things. Is resourceful and enjoys figuring out problems you have never solved before. Takes initiative and can move from an idea to an actual solution. Experience with automation platforms, APIs, no-code tools, coding or business systems is an advantage, but not essential . We value intelligence, learning ability, logical thinking and AI capability more than a specific degree or previous job title.
