Job Responsibilities： • Handle daily operations and documentation especially ex Shenzhen • Co-ordination with shipping line, co-loader, sub-contractor, warehouse • Handle inquiry from overseas offices, agents, customers • Optimize profit per file • Complete the month end closing within the deadline, ensure all sales / expenses in system Qualifications & Requirements： • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding • Experience in handle LCL, Consol, and FCL • Knowledge of Cargo Wise is preferred • Familiar to work with carrier’s online system • Able to handle full sets operations and documentation • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese • Good communication skills • Well-organized, time management, able to work independently and under pressure • Initiative, positive, detail-oriented and good team player • Flexible, adaptable to changes and willing to learn Benefits： • Double Pay • Discretionary Performance Bonus • Group Medical, Dental & Life Insurance coverage • 15 days AL • Friendly Working Environment
