Senior Manager / Deputy Director – QA, QC, R&D & Production

Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee QA, QC, R&D, Production, and Catering quality operations . This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and driving innovation while optimizing production and service operations to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Establish and maintain quality systems in line with GHPs, HACCP, ISO Oversee end-to-end product quality (Supplier → Warehouse → Catering/Customer) Manage complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Lead supplier audits, internal audits, and QMR Research & Development (R&D) Lead new product development (NPD) aligned with market and customer needs Improve and reformulate products for quality and cost efficiency Partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver customer-driven solutions Production & Catering Operations Ensure production and catering operations efficiency (cost, yield, productivity) Plan and manage production capacity and quality control Ensure food safety and quality standards in catering services Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization) Strategic Leadership Develop and execute quality and product strategies Lead and develop cross-functional teams Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Lawson M3) for data-driven decision-making Report KPIs and performance insights to senior management Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science / Food Technology or related 8–10 years’ experience in QA/QC/R&D/Production in food industry 3–5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of GHPs, HACCP, ISO Experience in Food Service / Import / Trading / Manufacturing / Catering preferred Experience with Lawson M3 or other ERP systems Able to work across multiple locations ( Rama 3 & Distribution Center ) Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
