Key Responsibilities Human Resources Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring, and employee onboarding. Maintain employee 201 files, contracts, attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation. Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, schedules, and employee compliance. Prepare HR documents, including memoranda, Notices to Explain (NTE), written warnings, disciplinary notices, and employee correspondence. Assist management in employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns. Coordinate employee performance evaluations and regularization. Monitor payroll-related information, including attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions. Coordinate statutory benefits and requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Implement and maintain company policies, Employee Manual provisions, and Code of Discipline. Help ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor regulations. Handle employee clearance, offboarding, and exit documentation. Administrative Duties Provide general administrative support to management and store operations. Prepare and organize company documents, reports, forms, letters, and internal records. Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing and replenishment when necessary. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, couriers, building administration, and other service providers. Maintain organized physical and digital company records. Assist with scheduling meetings, staff activities, training, and company events. Monitor office and store administrative requirements. Assist management with operational concerns and other administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate with different team members to ensure smooth daily store operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management , or a related field. Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Administration . Experience in a small business, retail, luxury retail, or similar environment is an advantage. Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards and basic HR procedures. Experience preparing HR documentation such as NTEs, memoranda, warnings, and employee records. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and attitude suitable for a luxury retail environment. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, proactive, trustworthy, and flexible .
