About the role As a Logistics Manager at NAF Logistics Group, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the company's logistics operations. This full-time position, based in Fo Tan, involves managing daily logistics activities to ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality to our clients. Your leadership will be key to maintaining efficient workflows and fostering continuous improvement within our logistics team. Responsibilities: Oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders to align logistics activities with business objectives. Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, driving service improvement initiatives when needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and ISO standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse management protocols to optimize layout, workflow, and cold chain processes. Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management, providing insights on warehouse efficiency, quality standards, and areas for improvement. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across warehouse activities to ensure consistent service quality and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics warehouse operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
