Senior Quality Controller

Responsibilities: Support Team Head in daily QA/QC functions. Supervise the day-to-day quality inspection for on-line and finished food products. Assist in developing and maintaining documentation of quality management system, including system manuals, standard operation procedures (SOP) and training materials, etc. Coordinate ISO audits, ensure regulatory compliance, tracking the improvement and implementation of non-conformities identified. Coordinate work safety and hygiene training to related staff. Supervise the subordinates, improve internal workflow to maximize the efficiency. Assist in new product development and handle quality complaint cases. Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Food Science or relevant disciplines. 5-8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food manufacturing industry. Equipping with HACCP, ISO22000, document control systems and other relevant quality management systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational and good time management. Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office Applications. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Controller.
