System Analyst Team Lead

Location: Head Office : RAMA3, Hybrid Work Onsite 2 Days/Week Job Description / Responsibilities · Analyze business needs, policies, processes, and pain points to identify system requirements and solution opportunities. · Prepare and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, data models, and other relevant system documents. · Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture and technical standards · Understand As-Is processes, define To-Be processes, and identify impacts, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process or system improvement · Engage business users, product owners, PM, developers, testers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues · Define functional behavior, screen flows, business rules, validations, reports, interfaces, and data requirements. Review designs with relevant stakeholders · Define acceptance criteria, support test scenarios and test execution, analyze defects, and validate that delivered solutions meet business and quality expectations · Analyze integration requirements, data exchange, interface specifications, and dependencies between applications and platforms · Assess changes to processes, systems, data, and operating models, and support communication, training, and implementation readiness · Ensure system documents are accurate and up to date, and facilitate knowledge transfer to operations, support, and relevant teams Recommend system enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business value Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline · Additional education or professional certifications in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Project Management, Database Management, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Agile methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage · 7–10 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, software development, or related technology roles, including 2–3 years in a team leadership or technical leadership position · Proven experience leading System Analysts in requirements analysis, functional design, system integration, testing, implementation, and post-production support · Experience managing the delivery of multiple applications, systems, or complex projects while controlling scope, quality, schedule, and dependencies · Strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and approving Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Solution Designs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Data Models, and Test Scenarios · Experience coaching and mentoring System Analysts, establishing analysis standards, and improving document quality and delivery practices · Experience in system integration and interface analysis, including APIs, web services, messaging, file transfers, batch processing, and database integration · Experience identifying delivery risks, technical dependencies, requirement gaps, and change impacts, with the ability to propose practical mitigation plans Experience with banking or financial services, especially customer or credit portfolio management is highly desirable Please note that we will get in touch with shortlisted candidates only.
