Responsibilities In charge of the overall planning, architecture management, requirement management, operation & maintenance and secondary development of the bank’s office automation (OA) systems. Drive the implementation and adoption of AIGC and AI-powered office efficiency tools. Optimize and reengineer office management workflows based on smart banking requirements. Promote cross-departmental OA and intelligent application projects. Handle conference management and official document drafting as needed. Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields. PMP or equivalent project management certifications and AI-related qualifications are preferred. At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT system operations and process management. Proficient in office automation (OA) system operations Strong communication and coordination. With the ability to drive cross-functional collaborative projects efficiently.
