Human Resource Manager / Supervisor

Currently, we are expanding our business in Thailand and Asia, and are looking for top talented to join our team in the following positions: Job Descriptions and Responsibilities Human Resources Management (HRM) Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall organizational policies and objectives. Oversee and improve the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right fit for each position. Manage and oversee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems. Manage and enforce company rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures. Oversee employee relations to maintain a positive and healthy working environment. Human Resources Development (HRD) Design and develop training curriculums to enhance employee skills and maximize their potential. Develop comprehensive Career Path and Succession Planning programs. Support the cultivation of corporate culture and leadership development among employees. Monitor, evaluate, and track the outcomes of HR development programs to ensure effectiveness. Strategic Management & Performance Management Formulate strategic HR plans to drive the organization toward its business goals. Design and develop a robust Performance Management System. Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve employee evaluation systems to increase operational efficiency. Facilitate and support the goal-setting process using KPIs and OKRs to ensure employees align with organizational targets. Act as a strategic partner to provide guidance and advice to management and line managers on strategic HR practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, or other related fields. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in both HRM and HRD. Solid understanding of Thai Labor Protection Laws and current HR best practices. Excellent management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in designing and managing Performance Management Systems (PMS and KPIs). Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR-related software or systems. Previous experience in the related industry will be considered a strong advantage
