Your Role Support innovative workflow of the business to improve customer engagement and sales conversion; Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align website design and chat automation with active business goals. 1) Web Management Create, customize, and maintain visually appealing, responsive WordPress websites using page builders; Install, configure, and update essential plugins, themes, and security integrations. 2) Chatbot Administration & Setup Manage the backend administration settings of our messaging platform (Omnichat); Design, build, and optimize automated chat flows, routing rules, auto-replies, and keyword triggers; Act as a liaison between internal teams and software vendors. What We Look For Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 1–2 years of experience in IT project support; Solid experience in WordPress; Experience in Omnichat (or highly similar tools like SleekFlow) is an added advantage; Independent, strong collaborative skills and problem-solving skills.
