IT Support Specialist

We operate an outdoor LED media network with 14 screens across Hong Kong, managed via the Scala digital signage system for remote updates. We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to maintain office IT support, network reliability, connectivity, and cybersecurity. Job Responsibilities: Provide daily IT support for computers, printers, email, software, and office networks. Monitor and troubleshoot remote LED screens, including media players, controllers, network gear, and connectivity. Manage user accounts, access rights, backups, updates, and IT assets. Maintain cybersecurity for office and remote LED systems. Monitor remote access, apply security patches, and support incident response. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site technicians as needed. Offer occasional emergency or after-hours support. Support Scala operations for content updates, scheduling, and distribution. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or network support. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, remote access, and cybersecurity. Experience with Scala, digital signage, media players, or remote-site networks is an advantage.
