About The Role Expand the Bank's mortgage lending business by securing referrals from property agencies and solicitors' firms, as well as participating in on-site sales initiatives. Independently manage mortgage application documentation and submit it for credit assessment in accordance with the Bank's mortgage guidelines and policies. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with property agencies and solicitors' firms. The Successful Applicant A minimum of two years of experience in the mortgage lending sector, with established connections to property agencies, developers, and solicitors' firms. IIQE paper 1,2,3 A strong orientation towards service and sales, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays.
