HR Associate — Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of HR or related experience preferred Strong people-handling and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work with different personalities and employee concerns Confident in communicating with employees, managers, and candidates at different levels Able to handle employee concerns, conflicts, difficult conversations, and sensitive situations professionally Has good judgment, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills Firm but approachable, with the ability to maintain professionalism while building trust with employees Knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, employee relations, and basic Philippine Labor Laws Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR concerns simultaneously Maintains confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism when handling employee matters Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and HR systems
