Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Workflow Optimization: Eliminates operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual work across the entire employee lifecycle System Integration: Acts as the functional bridge between HR operations and technical team to ensure HR systems perfectly support business workflows Standardization & Compliance: Establishes consistent, compliant, and well-documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments Employee Experience Architecture: Designs seamless, frictionless HR touchpoints that directly improve employee satisfaction and onboarding speed Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline 6 to 10 years experience in software development, system solution consultancy and/or developing programmable documents, preferably in HR operations, process optimization, or functional HRIS management Proficiency in workflow visualization software Solid understanding of Agile, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles Hands-on functional experience with major platforms used in Hong Kong, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Strong skills in MS Excel and basic reporting tools to track process KPIs Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory; Mandarin is highly preferred Strong communication skills to manage expectations between business units, HR teams, and IT vendors We offer 5-day-work week with competitive remuneration packages to the right candidate.
