Head of Technology & AI Transformation

Lead the next chapter of technology and AI transformation PRTR Group is looking for an experienced Head of Technology & AI Transformation to lead our technology organization and accelerate the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions across the business . This is not a traditional Head of IT position. We are looking for a commercially minded technology leader who can combine strong technology leadership with extensive practical AI experience — identifying where AI can genuinely transform how we operate, building the roadmap and turning ideas into solutions that deliver measurable business value. What you'll lead Own and execute PRTR's Technology, Digital & AI Transformation strategy . Drive AI adoption across recruitment, staffing, outsourcing and corporate functions . Identify and deliver practical Generative AI, automation, intelligent workflow and data-driven use cases . Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate business challenges into technology solutions. Lead internal application development and digital platform enhancement . Modernize technology architecture, cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. Oversee cybersecurity, technology risk, PDPA, data governance and business continuity . Own the technology budget and ensure investment is focused on initiatives delivering genuine business value. Evaluate emerging AI platforms, LLMs, automation technologies and enterprise AI solutions . Lead technology vendors and strategic partners. Build, coach and develop a high-performing team across software development, infrastructure, data and IT support . What we're looking for 10–15+ years of technology experience with at least 5 years in technology leadership . Strong track record leading digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives . Significant AI experience is essential — we want someone who has moved beyond experimentation and has successfully implemented AI/automation solutions within a real business environment. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, data and emerging AI technologies . Experience identifying AI use cases, assessing ROI and taking solutions from concept/POC through to production and adoption . Strong background across software/application development, cloud, enterprise systems and cybersecurity . Experience leading technology teams of approximately 10–30+ people . Proven ownership of technology budgets, vendors and strategic technology investments . Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate technology and AI strategy to non-technical executives. Experience within HR Tech, SaaS, recruitment, professional services or technology-enabled services would be advantageous. Strong Thai and English communication skills.
