*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring; Assistant to coordinate and liaise with client, main contractors, government departments, sub-contractors, etc, in the addition & alteration, renovation and new development projects; Submit record and record photos; Follow materials order& delivery; Carry out site visit. Requirements: Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent is an advantage; Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Construction Industry; With T1 or equivalents an advantage; With Safety Supervisor Certificate or equivalents an advantage; Capable to analysis of construction drawing preferable; Proficiency in PC applications including AutoCAD and MS Project; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Communication and site management skills.
