Assistant Manager – Office, Retail & Estate Operations Location: Central Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Office Administration team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio covering workplace operations, retail tenancy, campus amenities and estate-related projects . You will collaborate with internal departments, service providers, tenants and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects and finding practical solutions to operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Workplace & Office Operations Manage day-to-day workplace requirements, including seating arrangements, meeting facilities, audiovisual equipment and staff amenities. Coordinate with Facilities Management and service providers on office maintenance and operational matters. Plan and coordinate office relocation, renovation and workplace improvement projects. Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Support the planning, procurement and set-up of a new building and its workplace facilities. Retail & Tenancy Management Coordinate tenancy matters and support the administration of retail leases. Prepare and maintain occupancy, rental and other tenancy-related reports. Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to address feedback, resolve operational issues and maintain service standards. Explore opportunities to enhance retail offerings and improve the overall user experience. Work with internal teams, government agencies and external partners to implement new retail initiatives and technology solutions. Estate & Campus Operations Coordinate the procurement and provision of furniture, equipment and other campus amenities. Work with relevant stakeholders to plan and coordinate maintenance activities. Support various operational improvement initiatives and special projects. Undertake other duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities, workplace, estate, property, retail or operations management. Strong organisational and project coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities. Resourceful, adaptable and proactive in handling operational matters. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
