Position: Logistics Specialist Location: Amata City – Chonburi Working day: Monday to Friday, Working time: 8 working hours Responsibilities: Transportation and Distribution Management Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Select and coordinate with logistics service providers, carriers, and freight forwarders. Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve transportation-related issues or delays. Track shipment status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. Logistics Analysis and Process Improvement Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Implement initiatives to improve transportation efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Support continuous improvement projects related to supply chain and logistics operations. Inventory and Warehouse Management Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities within the warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy. Support inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting activities. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products. Documentation and Compliance Prepare, review, and maintain logistics-related documentation, including shipping documents, delivery records, and customs-related paperwork when required. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with procurement, operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers. Support management with logistics reporting and performance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related functions. Experience in shipping documentation and international transportation is an advantage. Good English communication skills (Work with international counterparts). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
