Key Responsibilities; 1. Data Collection & Data Quality Collect and consolidate insurance sales data from various sources, validate data quality, and perform data cleansing and preparation to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and ready for analysis. 2. Sales & Customer Analytics Analyze insurance sales performance, customer behavior, and customer journeys to identify key factors influencing purchasing decisions and uncover actionable insights to drive sales growth and customer retention. 3. Business Insights & Recommendations Develop insightful presentations and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders and management, providing recommendations to improve business performance, solve business challenges, and identify new growth opportunities. 4. Product, Pricing & Risk Analytics Analyze data to support insurance product development, risk-based pricing, and customer risk assessment from various perspectives, with the objective of increasing sales, improving profitability, and driving revenue growth. 5. Dashboard & Performance Tracking Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking reports for strategic insurance sales initiatives and projects, providing timely insights to monitor progress and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics , or a related field. Strong programming and data analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL, Python/R, SAS, Java , or other relevant programming languages, and the ability to develop scripts for data extraction and analysis. Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint , with strong Data Visualization skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights for management. Strong knowledge of statistics, data trends, patterns, predictive modeling, and advanced data analysis techniques, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills , with the ability to work with large and complex datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts and insights in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred, with a good understanding of Claims, Persistency, Loss Ratio, Underwriting, and fundamental insurance statistics . Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that support sales growth, customer retention, product development, and business profitability.
