Receptionist - School (Nearest MRT Khatib)

Contract Period: 1 Jan–31 Dec 2027 + option for full year 2028 Deployment: Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Responsibilities Manage school reception counter and attend to visitors, parents and students. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and email enquiries. Attend to students who are unwell or require assistance. Provide basic First Aid when required. Contact parents regarding student matters. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries. Prepare letters, notices, reports and administrative documents. Maintain student, parent and staff records. Perform filing, data entry and basic reporting. Assist with student forms, registration and enrolment matters. Coordinate meeting-room and bus bookings. Maintain stationery, pantry, first-aid and other administrative supplies. Assist with stock-taking and inventory records. Support school events and programmes. Monitor visitor registration and entry/exit procedures. Liaise with vendors, contractors, teachers and school staff. Perform other administrative duties assigned by the school. Requirements Minimum GCE O-Level, Office Skills Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' relevant receptionist/front-desk/administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Standard First Aid Certificate required before commencement.
