Head of Finance

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to take ownership of the full finance function for a growing international business in Thailand. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, controls, month-end closing, and management reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage 13-week cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and liquidity Oversee consolidation, intercompany transactions, multiple currencies, and FX Monitor product/customer profitability, COGS, and gross margins Provide financial analysis and decision support to senior management Ensure compliance with Thai tax, statutory reporting, and audit requirements Establish finance policies, processes, approval controls, and accountability Work closely with the CEO and Group Management on strategic and corporate matters Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience Experience working in multinational or multi-entity environments Strong knowledge of Thai accounting, tax, and statutory requirements Hands-on experience in consolidation, intercompany, and FX Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent written and spoken English Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Zoho Books is a plus
