About the role This is a B2B sales role focused on acquiring new corporate clients in the hospitality industry. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure, including market research, client engagement, site assessments, and upselling. You will also lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and feedback while tracking performance through sales dashboards and reporting. Key responsibilities Conduct market research and build prospect databases; perform cold calling and develop senior management networks through LinkedIn and industry hotel associations Design customer journey for each client, prepare customized pitches, invite clients to lab visits, and create brand manuals for major clients Conduct on-site surveys (floor plans and air conditioning systems), organize testing days, install test equipment, and accurately record equipment settings for quotation preparation Close sales by preparing complete contracts including equipment setup costs, service conditions, and special agreements; obtain management approval before sending final contracts and prepare new customer documentation for accounting Upsell finished products such as household sprays and fragrance sticks to enhance customer experience Manage the sales team, provide individual guidance and feedback, track work through Click Up Sales Dashboard, and report weekly to meetings and monthly to management Plan sales strategy and prepare sales reports About you Bachelor's degree or higher in any field Minimum 3 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B sales, corporate services, or hotel business Good English communication skills for client negotiations and LinkedIn networking Presentation and negotiation skills; able to travel to meet clients and conduct on-site testing days Able to use digital tools for work tracking such as Click Up or willing to learn Personal vehicle and driver's license preferred
