About the role This role involves managing warehouse, production, and online packing departments. You will plan and control the storage of motorcycle spare parts according to system standards, verify stock accuracy, reduce losses, and control storage costs. You will oversee production planning to align with purchase orders and market demand, manage quality control to meet standards, and lead production teams toward targets. You will manage online orders from various channels accurately and on time, verify packing accuracy to reduce errors and returns, and coordinate delivery planning with the logistics department. You will create integrated systems connecting all three departments for efficiency, develop and train teams, and prepare performance reports for management. Key responsibilities Plan and control storage of motorcycle spare parts according to system standards Verify stock accuracy against the system and reduce losses and storage costs Plan production to align with purchase orders and market demand Control production quality (QC) to meet standards Manage and lead production teams to achieve targets Manage online purchase orders from various channels accurately and on time Verify packing accuracy to reduce errors and returns Coordinate delivery planning with the logistics department Create integrated systems connecting all three departments for efficiency Develop teams through training and motivation, and prepare performance reports for management About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, production, or online order management Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control Strong planning, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills High leadership ability and capability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
