Finance Accounting Manager

WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER Aestema Group | Bangkok Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounting & Finance operations across multiple companies within the Group. Oversee AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Intercompany transactions. Lead monthly and year-end closing, account reconciliation and financial reporting. Manage Cash Flow, Budget, Forecast and financial analysis to support management decisions. Ensure accuracy and compliance of Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and statutory filings. Coordinate with external auditors, Revenue Department, banks and relevant authorities. Develop and strengthen Internal Controls, Accounting Policies and SOPs across the Group. Prepare Management Reports and provide financial insights to management. Lead, coach and develop the Accounting & Finance team. Support business expansion, new projects and financial operations across companies within Aestema Group. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field. 8+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, Taxation and Financial Reporting. Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Cash Flow, Forecasting and Financial Analysis. Experience managing accounting for multiple companies / group companies is highly preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving and business partnering skills. Able to work in a fast-paced and growing organization. Experience with ERP / Accounting Systems is an advantage.
