Antares International Limited , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Jupiter Group, is part of a globally recognized logistics service provider established in Hong Kong in 1983. Antares is a trusted General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) of reputable airlines. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team and invite applications for the Senior Manager of General Sales and Services Agent: Job Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance. Explore and develop new business opportunities. Work closely with airline headquarters and regional teams on sales strategy, route performance, pricing inputs, and market feedback. Act as the primary contact point for American Airlines GSA operations across Hong Kong, CAN, VN, MNL, and BKK, including performance management, monthly business reporting, and coordination with AA headquarters. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, capacity changes, rates movements, and consumer demand patterns, and convert insights into practical commercial actions. Provide regular sales reports, business reviews, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with airline policies, local regulations, commercial guidelines, and internal governance standards. Take care of any ad-hoc assignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant airline, GSA, or aviation commercial experience, including proven sales leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of the Mainland China and Hong Kong cargo sales. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activity, fares, capacity, and channel performance. Experience working with airline headquarters, regional offices, or principals in a GSA environment will be a strong advantage. Good understanding of cargo sales operations. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese; Cantonese and Putonghua are required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools; comfortable working with data and performance dashboards. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant General Manager.
