Enterprise Architect (Critical Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities Lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function, guiding architects to define strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps across business, application, data, and technology domains. Develop and refine EA frameworks, principles, and decision‑making processes to enhance efficiency and consistency. Partner with executives and align with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and risk teams to ensure architecture decisions accelerate delivery, mitigate risk, and optimize costs. Drive execution of technology strategies, set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and establish scalable practices. Translate business goals into actionable architecture initiatives and monitor delivery against KPIs. Chair architecture review boards, build consensus across domains, and remove barriers to speed up time‑to‑market. Communicate architecture strategies and risk assessments to C‑suite and Board stakeholders to secure alignment and approval. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines. At least 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial institutions, with 5+ years in an architecture leadership role managing teams. Strong background in EA strategy, target‑state architecture, and roadmap development. Proven success in leading teams, delivering enterprise‑scale transformations, and driving cross‑functional programs. Experience in EA frameworks and governance design. Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to support executive decision‑making. Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influencing skills. TOGAF 10 certification or equivalent. Positive mindset with strong commitment to quality outcomes. Strong communication, analytical, presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
