Job Responsibilities （Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidates): Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients Manage accounting operations, including financial statements, reporting and compliance Oversee month -end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and improve processes Engage with clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their business needs Lead, monitor and guide team members, ensuring their professional growth Need to look see whole corporate account Job Requirements: Experience managing accounts across key industries including Food & Beverage (F&B), Manufacturing and Group Accounts Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (professional certification like ACCA/MIA is a plus) Experience : at least 5 years for Manager roles Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools Had 5 years working experience on handling full set accounts We are looking for A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry (know doing full set account with at least 5 years working experience) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful sales and account management Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and current industry trends Proficient in using SQL software and other relevant business tools Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including insurance Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Friendly and supportive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance Participation in team-building activities and company events About us KLT FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality food products in the Malaysian market.
