Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: Responsible for the site operations of our foundation and miscellaneous construction projects; Oversee all on-site matters to ensure that all work is carried out according to schedule and report to the Site Agent; Identify potential hazards for site safety and monitor preventive measures to minimize accidents, incidents, and injuries; Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities; Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Site Management Team; Support all aspects of site work, including materials handling and site coordination; Support project team members in delivering service excellence; Maintain project records and report progress to all stakeholders; Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline; At least 5 years of construction work experience; experience in foundation works or drainage works is preferred; Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; Commitment to continuous learning is highly preferred; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
