Responsibilities: Support Mortgage and Secured Retail Lending businesses in business intelligence and finance related matters, ranging from market information analysis, sales and marketing campaign management, portfolio analysis to budgeting and forecasting Perform market intelligence studies to integrate the findings to generate ideas on sales and marketing strategies Explore new business / joint promotion opportunities with business partners (including but not limited to property developers, real estate agents, etc.,) to enhance the brand awareness and achieve the business goals Leverage data analytics to identify, develop and optimize cross-selling models to increase customers’ product bonding and revenue Monitor and report the business progress and alert for proper action in a timely manner through ongoing keep track of KPI Design and implement appropriate management information reports to meet business needs Support innovative and transformational projects including but not limited to performance marketing, customer journey development, customer channel migration, etc. in forecasting and evaluation of benefits realization Requirements: Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline At least 4 years of banking experience, preferably in marketing, customer proposition and product management Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint If you are applying for in-scope position(s) under the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (i.e., A role carrying out regulated activities licensed by the IA, SFC & MPFA), you are required to undergo the Mandatory Reference Checking.
