Location: Hong Kong SAR Salary: HKD 60K–80K base + bonus Hiring Company: Leading Fitting-Out & Maintenence Contractor ABOUT THE ROLE We are assisting a top-tier contractor in Hong Kong to hire a Commercial Manager / QS Manager. This role will oversee commercial strategy and quantity surveying functions for sizeable fitting-out projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Leadership – Direct all project commercial activities and QS functions to align with company objectives. Systems & Controls – Build and maintain frameworks for revenue monitoring, cost management, cashflow, variations, claims, subcontracting, and procurement. QS Expertise – Handle cost planning, tendering, contract administration, financial reporting, and final account settlements. Collaboration – Partner with project managers, QS teams, and stakeholders to achieve effective commercial outcomes. Contractual Strategy – Develop and execute plans that protect company interests while fostering strong client relationships. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. 10+ years’ experience in commercial management and QS, with large-scale fitting-out projects experience. Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering, and negotiation processes. Solid understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and commercial practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional membership (HKIS/RICS) preferred. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Immediate availability is an advantage.
