Korean Face Bar We Are Hiring RECEPTIONIST Location: Pererenan, Bali Industry: Beauty & Aesthetic About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Korean Face Bar. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and handling daily client communication. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and TikTok DM (Main Responsibility) Fast response, strong follow-up skills, and able to convert inquiries into bookings Respond to questions about treatments, prices, availability, and promotions Manage bookings, appointments, and daily schedules Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner Coordinate with therapists and management Maintain accurate booking and client information Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a beauty clinic, aesthetic center, spa, or hospitality industry Fluent in English , both written and spoken Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, confident, and well-presented Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, booking systems, and basic computer applications Good knowledge of social media and online communication Client-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a beauty, aesthetic, or wellness environment Knowledge of facial and aesthetic treatments is a plus Experience handling international clients is a plus APPLY NOW 📍 Korean Face Bar – Pererenan, Bali
