Assistant IT Project Manager (Contract)

Our clientis is the first and the largest refinery in Thailand. Job Description: Project Planning Support the development of project plans, including defining project scope, identifying required resources, and setting timelines. Create and maintain project documentation. Collect and analyze project-related data. Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to develop schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources. Project Execution Support the management of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment. Monitor project progress, support data analysis, and prepare reports using project management tools. Manage changes to project scope. Support coordination and communication with project teams and stakeholders. Project Control Monitor and control project risks using project management tools. Prepare project status reports. Support project budget management. Project Closure Support project closure activities, including project summary, evaluation, and deliverables handover. Support analysis of project outcomes and prepare lessons learned reports and recommendations for future projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Knowledge and skills in project management, including project planning, control, and monitoring, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). Strong and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Information Technology with a basic understanding of IT concepts and the ability to coordinate with IT teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues arising during project execution. Experience supporting or working on IT-related projects (e.g., software development, system implementation, infrastructure, or application projects). Familiarity with IT project lifecycle and basic SDLC concepts.
