About the role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise and openness to leading AI technology to elevate software development processes (AI-Driven Development). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web Applications from Frontend to Backend using a Modern Tech Stack, with systems that support business growth. You will work with Cross-functional teams in an Agile environment focused on innovation. Key responsibilities End-to-End Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Web Applications from system architecture to deployment using Modern Tech Stack AI-Powered Workflows: Apply AI Coding Tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLMs) in code writing, refactoring, code review, and bug fixing to increase velocity and software quality AI Feature Integration: Design and integrate AI/LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Vector Databases) into Web Applications to create intelligent features that meet user needs Modern Frontend & UI/UX: Develop responsive, visually appealing Frontend Interfaces that support scaling using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Modern CSS Frameworks Scalable Backend & APIs: Design and develop RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or Serverless Architecture using Node.js (NestJS), Python (FastAPI), Go, or Rust Data & Performance Optimization: Manage both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database systems, including performance tuning and database indexing/caching Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps to plan projects and translate business requirements into clear Technical Requirements About you Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development Modern Frontend Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS and latest Frontend Frameworks such as Next.js, React, or Vue.js/Nuxt Solid Backend Stack: Deep understanding of Backend systems using Node.js (NestJS), Python (FastAPI), Go, or Rust and experience with ORMs (such as Prisma, Drizzle, TypeORM) AI Literacy & Productivity: Skill and familiarity with AI Coding Assistants (such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to enhance daily work efficiency Database & APIs: Knowledge and understanding of RESTful API/GraphQL design and management of both Relational and Non-relational databases Version Control & DevOps Basics: Proficiency in Git and understanding of Git Flow/Feature Branching workflows Preferred: AI/LLM Development Experience with AI Frameworks (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex) or Vector Databases (such as Pinecone, pgvector) Preferred: Cloud & DevOps understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Supabase), Containerization (Docker), and CI/CD Pipeline setup Preferred: Security & Performance knowledge of Web Security Best Practices (OWASP Top 10) and Web Vitals/Core Metrics optimization Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience and outstanding portfolio)
