Organizing Company Events 8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements MUST Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management / Management / General Management / Humanities / Social Sciences / Public Administration / Industrial & Organizational Psychology, etc. English: Internal Conversation level At least 5 years of experience in human resources. At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor. Experience managing and supervising contract workers. A passion for service and participating in activities that foster organizational culture. Experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating with labor unions. Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
