About the role We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join China Road and Bridge Corporation. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to oversee and coordinate complex construction programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, maintaining project timelines, and achieving key milestones whilst working within a dynamic, international construction environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive programme schedules for multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client requirements Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for optimisation across all active projects Coordinate with project teams, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of scheduling conflicts Prepare detailed programme documentation, including baseline schedules, progress reports, and forecasts for senior management and clients Implement and maintain scheduling best practices and systems, utilising industry-standard planning and scheduling software Analyse programme performance metrics and develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains Manage resource allocation and sequencing to optimise productivity and minimise project delays Support feasibility studies and tender submissions with accurate scheduling and programme analysis What we're looking for a) Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related discipline or equicualent; 10 years experience in construction contracts with 5 years’ experience as the main contractor’s programme manager; Proven experience in NEC contract.
