Job Responsibilities: • Consistently deliver high-quality code against product and engineering backlogs. • Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for large-scale distributed systems. • Lead and mentor the team on best engineering practices and architectural patterns. • Conduct pair programming and provide constructive code reviews. • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools and processes. Requirements: • 2+ years of commercial software development experience. • Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, and the Spring Framework . • Proven experience with enterprise APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and containerization . • Experience working in a continuous delivery environment . • Proficiency in both English and familiar with Mandarin (fluency in Mandarin is preferred).
