Location: Pasona Recruitment Co., Ltd. at Sathorn Square [ BTS Chongnonsri ] Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-18.00 (Working Hybrid - After Probation WFH 2-3 days/week) We welcome high-potential candidates for Junior - Senior level positions, including Career Advisor, Recruitment Consultant roles. Focusing on scouting, interviewing, and recommending a job ・To establish recruiting requirements by studying company profiles & backgrounds ・To be involved in meetings with the Sales team to discuss the client's actual needs. ・To determine applicants’ eligibility by understanding job descriptions, qualifications & mandatory requirements. ・To assist in attracting candidates & maintain the candidate database. ・To source suitable candidates & brief them on the clients' opportunities. ・To manage &monitor the entire process through the interview session with the clients until the offer stage and beyond. ・Achieving quarterly and monthly KPI, Sales targets Qualifications ・Bachelor's Degree in any field ・At least 1 year of experience in a related field (Junior Level) ・Must have over 2-5 years of working experience in a recruitment agency (Senior ++) ・Sales-oriented and positive thinking "Can-do-attitude." ・Intermediate - Good command of English (verbal and written) ・HR experience would be an advantage ・Good interpersonal and communication skills ・Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve KPI & Sales targets ・Need candidates with high passion, stay curious, and always keep an open mind at work. ・Need a high-performance closer and hit the target candidate, aggressive salesperson!!
