Assistant Project Manager (Property / Building)

Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities. Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related disciplines preferred At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and effectively under pressure Working location: Wanchai We offer attractive remuneration package including 5-day work, bank holidays, group medical insurance etc to the right candidates.
