About the role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at our Bang Pa-in Ayutthaya facility in Thailand. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving financial performance and supporting the overall business objectives of Kam Yuen (Group) International Ltd. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights that enable informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation. What you'll be doing Preparing, analysing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment schedules and collections Overseeing the general ledger, journal entries and ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions Developing and maintaining internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy Conducting financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for cost optimisation Preparing budgets and forecasts whilst monitoring actual performance against projections Liaising with auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards Managing payroll processing, tax withholdings and employee benefits administration Supervising and mentoring finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional development Implementing and maintaining accounting systems and software to enhance financial reporting efficiency Supporting strategic initiatives through financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are highly desirable Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management or controller role within a manufacturing, international trading, or comparable multi-operational environment Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Thai accounting regulations and tax requirements Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Experience managing and developing finance team members is advantageous Proficiency in English is essential; Thai language skills are highly valued Knowledge of international accounting standards and cross-border financial operations would strengthen your application What we offer Kam Yuen (Group) International Ltd offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
