Job description: We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager - International. In this role you will: Acquire, develop and retain new Non-Resident Premier Clients via outreach activities & referral sources as well as conduct in depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of customers and deliver a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service to a portfolio of HSBC clients Advise on a full range of products and services that include both HSBC manufactured products and those provided by external partners Continuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the business Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation procedures Maintain the levels of operational integrity required by HSBC and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of HSBC To be successful you will need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline Experience working in relevant environment with a track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products; and clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking skills are advantageous #HKRM2026 #DISTRIBUTION2026
