We're seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry | Painting & Decorating| Building and Construction Trainer & Assessor to deliver following programs: CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry. OR CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction, CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building). Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s). Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements. Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance. Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes. Essential Qualifications and Experience: CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry; OR CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating; OR CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction; CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) (or higher) or equivalent qualification. MUST have a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Desirable Attributes: Demonstrated experience in training and assessing within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Strong connections with the construction industry.
