Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows) in compliance with GAAP / IFRS. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations, as required. • Maintain and enforce internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. • Coordinate with external auditors throughout the annual audit process, including serving as the focal point of contact and providing required supporting documentation. • Support FP&A and Controller teams in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as required. • Lead and mentor accounting staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development • Maintain accounting systems and recommend process improvements or automation initiatives. • Engage with Revenue Department for corporate income tax filing, tax returns, and other statutory reports. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting. • CPA, or other equivalent professional certification is preferred. • 8-10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a manager role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Thai GAAP / IFRS standards, financial reporting, and internal controls. • Experience with ERP or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and leadership abilities. • Proficient in Business English communication, both written and verbal skills.
