Senior Officer – Digital & Intelligent Transformation, Fleet Technical

Accountabilities: Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of marine engineering digital systems, equipment monitoring platforms, and data analytics solutions, while establishing and standardizing digital operational processes Analyze equipment performance, energy consumption, failure trends, and maintenance costs; develop operational models and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness Support the optimization of equipment maintenance, spare parts management, and troubleshooting processes, and establish standardized digital procedures to promote operational excellence and refined management practices Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry best practices, and contribute to the advancement of fleet digitalization, intelligent operations, and smart management systems Requirements: University degree in Naval Architecture, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping industry, marine engineering management, fleet digitalization, or intelligentization projects. Familiarity with marine operations is required, and relevant project experience is highly preferred Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, with sound analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and an innovative mindset Good command of both written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, programming tools, and digital management platforms.
