About the role The Digital Solutions Specialist supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business intelligence, reporting, automation, and decision-support solutions across the APAC Supply Chain organization. The role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, data visualization and decision-support tools, Power Platform solutions, VBA-based applications, and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency, reporting visibility, data accessibility, and business decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain and IT teams to develop, test, deploy, and support reporting, automation, and decision-support solutions for Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, and Operations functions. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and decision-making tools. Develop and optimize datasets, semantic models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations. Create and maintain Excel-based automation tools, VBA applications, and reporting. Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Perform data extraction, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard, reporting, automation, and data refresh issues. Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of reporting and automation solutions. Provide day-to-day support for Power BI reports, automation workflows, and digital tools. Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and solution support materials. Work with business users to gather reporting and automation requirements. About you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, automation, Power Platform, or related technical roles. Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models. Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and data visualization best practices. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and report automation solutions. Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and reporting purposes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and data-related issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple development, support, and enhancement activities in a fast-paced environment.
