About the role Provide 1st level technical helpdesk support to end-users, covering IT Infrastructure, computers, servers, and network hardware/software, IT Utilities and IT System services, IT Online Applications, lease line network monitoring, servers/system backup support, system/application activities monitoring, CIM Support, and 2-factor authentication. Key responsibilities Provide 1st level technical helpdesk support to end-users Provide guidance for junior technician and helpdesk intern Work on shift and provide on-site daily 8am - 5pm IT support to ensure business continuity Follow up on all Helpdesk tickets ensuring that all requests are solved and closed Backup and restore support Follow Helpdesk escalation procedure Work with vendors to provide IT support and solutions for business needs Desktops, notebooks, printers and other IT equipment relocation, setup, and installation Software licensing management to ensure no illegal software in use Helpdesk hardware inventory management and up-to-date data update Diploma in Computer Science
