Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead subject matter expert (SME) providing technical and operational support for private cloud platform services, including OS management, backups, provisioning, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and security hardening. Assist in project delivery such as infrastructure setup for new applications, technology upgrades, and cloud platform enhancements or revamps. Partner with application and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform operations, offering technical guidance for deployment, maintenance, and issue resolution. Maintain and enhance automation tools to streamline daily operational tasks. Prepare and update documentation, runbooks, and incident response procedures for cloud platform operations. Coordinate and execute annual disaster recovery (DR) drills, ensuring documentation is aligned with change management processes. Provide on-call support for urgent production incidents, including onsite troubleshooting and shift duty coverage. Carry out additional assignments as directed by supervisors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. At least 10 years of experience in an SME role supporting IT infrastructure or cloud platforms, ideally within financial institutions. Strong hands-on expertise in managing Linux/Windows/Ubuntu systems, network services (SMTP, DNS, NTP, SFTP, SSH, etc.), system security (hardening, antivirus enablement), patching, monitoring, logging, and backup solutions. Experience in setup and maintenance of AD, ADFS, GPO, EntraID, and/or Hyper-V environments. Proven troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate and resolve complex technical issues. Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
