Finance Assistant Manager

About the role We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional who can ensure accurate financial reporting and accounting for standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and statutory audit requirements. Responsible for timely MIS reporting, monthly reviews, analysis, and management reporting. Oversee payments, capital spending, credit evaluation, insurance renewals, customer pricing validation, trial balance review, process optimization, and internal controls. Support CFO in preparing Board meeting content and SET compliance. Key responsibilities Preparation of monthly MIS, LE vs Actuals, and timely reporting to Corporate HO Month-end closing including KPI, market segment, accounts receivable, working capital, and performance analysis Budget preparation and variance analysis Consolidation of associates and quarterly financial statements Compliance with SET requirements and Board reporting Customer pricing validation via Vistex and credit limit evaluation Coordination for insurance renewals, audits, SAP, and automation initiatives Internal audit implementation and improvement plans About you Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in financial reporting, MIS, and consolidation Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, SET compliance, and audit processes Proficiency in SAP, MIS tools, and financial analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
