Operation Clerk / Assist. Supervisor

About the role We are seeking an experienced Operation Clerk / Assistant Supervisor to join the Worldwide Partner Logistics Company Limited team in Kwun Tong. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our import/export and customs operations. As Operation Clerk / Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring smooth processing of shipments. This role is integral to maintaining our operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across our Kwun Tong facility. Key responsibilities Assist in coordinating and supervising daily import/export operations and logistics activities Prepare and process customs documentation, including declarations, manifests and related paperwork Monitor shipment movements and maintain accurate records of cargo handling and warehouse activities Liaise with customs officers, shipping agents and clients to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods Verify compliance with import/export regulations and ensure all documentation meets customs requirements Assist in training and supervising junior operations staff to maintain service quality standards Manage inventory tracking and coordinate warehouse operations to optimise storage and retrieval processes Prepare operational reports and maintain detailed records of daily activities and transactions Handle inquiries from clients and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures Day & Night shift is required What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations or customs brokerage Strong knowledge of customs procedures, regulations and import/export documentation requirements Proficiency in using logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal), with Cantonese preferred Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond effectively to operational challenges Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is advantageous Knowledge of Hong Kong customs procedures and regulations is highly desirable Familiarity with relevant industry software systems is preferred What we offer Worldwide Partner Logistics Company Limited is committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
