About us CRBC (HK) established a presence in Hong Kong in 1988. About the role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at China Road and Bridge Corporation . This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in managing the commercial aspects of our construction and infrastructure projects. As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for contract management, cost control, commercial negotiations, and ensuring profitability across our project portfolio. This role is essential to our success, bridging operational teams and senior management to ensure commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of project contracts, including tender evaluation, contract drafting, negotiation, and administration Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects remain financially viable Conduct commercial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests Manage claims, variations, and disputes with clients, consultants, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner Liaise with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure effective commercial coordination and communication Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management and stakeholders Negotiate commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve optimal outcomes Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle What we're looking for Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent; Member of HKIS or RICS; Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying with main contractor; At least 4 years' experience in NEC contract with main contractor; Candidate with less experience will be considered as QS Manager.
