You’ll: Remove, repair and install windscreens and glass on trucks, buses and heavy machinery Carry out chip repairs, sealing and glass replacement Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution Work both on-site and in the workshop Take ownership of jobs from start to finish Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service Maintain accurate job records and documentation Keep tools, equipment and work areas to a high standard Follow all health, safety and environmental requirements Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and management Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 4.6 stars About You We’re looking for someone who brings solid heavy commercial glazing experience and takes pride in their work. You’ll need: Experience fitting or repairing glass on heavy commercial vehicles – MUST A current full driver's licence – MUST Automotive glazing qualifications or relevant industry experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong commitment to safety and quality Good communication and customer service skills Flexibility to attend occasional training or meetings outside standard hours Thinking About Moving to Australia?
